Compensation: $101,600 - $132,000

What you will do

• Serve as the primary customer interface throughout the lifecycle of fielded systems.
• Lead sustainment and post-delivery support activities for multiple products.
• Manage spares, repair quoting, order management, and service contract proposals.
• Coordinate integration efforts, onsite testing, troubleshooting, and customer training.
• Analyze failure trends to drive Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and communicate findings.
• Manage cost, schedule, and quality metrics associated with sustainment activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field with 5+ years of experience, or Master’s with 3+ years.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
• Experience in Project Management and working in collaborative team environments.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Military Logistics and Maintenance Principles.
• Understanding of the Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition process.
