TL;DR

Business Development Lead (KONEK, Merchants): Develop and implement go-to-market and sales plans to drive revenue growth for hirify.global's KONEK product with merchants and platform partners. Focus on building strategic partnerships, managing sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, and maximizing ARR and LTV through complex solution selling.

Location: Quebec, Canada (flexible hybrid; must be eligible to work in Canada in full-time capacity)

Salary: $170,000–$190,000 + short-term incentive plan

What you will do

  • Develop and implement go-to-market and sales plans focused on KONEK to advance revenue growth.
  • Drive revenue through strategic merchant partnerships and direct opportunities, maximizing ARR and LTV.
  • Manage full sales pipeline from lead generation to closure with accurate forecasting.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders in retail, marketplaces, and system integrators.
  • Position hirify.global products by understanding clients’ digital payments strategies.
  • Represent hirify.global at events and collaborate with product teams on client insights and new solutions.

Requirements

  • Eligibility to work for hirify.global in Canada in full-time capacity
  • Post-secondary degree, ideally in Commerce or Business Administration
  • 5+ years sales experience, preferably in payments, retail, or tech
  • Experience with complex solution selling (e.g., SaaS)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sales strategies, CRM tools proficiency
  • Proven track record achieving sales targets and building client relationships

  • Advanced strategic thinking, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to change
