What you will do

• Lead and motivate a team of SDRs and AEs to achieve sales targets and KPI goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
• Provide coaching, training, and guidance to enhance team performance and skills.
• Monitor sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and report to upper management.
• Collaborate with dealing, marketing, product, and sales operations to align business goals.
• Identify and implement improvements in sales processes and procedures.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of leadership or sales experience in FX, payments, financial services, eCommerce, or B2B.
• Must be based in Toronto, ON to support a hybrid working model.
• Proven success achieving sales goals in competitive, fast-paced environments.
• Experience selling to finance teams, CPAs, accounting firms, bookkeepers, and banking sectors.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and familiarity with SaaS applications and web conferencing tools.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.

• Deep knowledge of FinTech and Payments.
