Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 CAD

What you will do
- Lead and motivate a team of SDRs and AEs to achieve sales targets and KPI goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Provide coaching, training, and guidance to enhance team performance and skills.
- Monitor sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and report to upper management.
- Collaborate with dealing, marketing, product, and sales operations to align business goals.
- Identify and implement improvements in sales processes and procedures.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of leadership or sales experience in FX, payments, financial services, eCommerce, or B2B.
- Must be based in Toronto, ON to support a hybrid working model.
- Proven success achieving sales goals in competitive, fast-paced environments.
- Experience selling to finance teams, CPAs, accounting firms, bookkeepers, and banking sectors.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and familiarity with SaaS applications and web conferencing tools.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.

- Deep knowledge of FinTech and Payments.
