What you will do

• Monitor dedicated claim mailboxes and phone lines to handle and distribute incoming correspondence.
• Enter and maintain accurate data within the claim management system, ensuring adherence to internal standards.
• Prepare and distribute routine claim acknowledgments and correspondence to insureds, brokers, and carriers.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of internal and external reports and loss runs.
• Manage documentation from fronting carriers to ensure proper routing and timely follow-up.
• Perform administrative tasks including document redaction, indexing, and DocuSign workflow creation.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in claims administration/support or insurance operations.
• Strong working knowledge of insurance claim workflows and terminology.
• Demonstrated experience working with claim management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional stakeholder interaction.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be based in the United States
