What you will do

• Analyze and research claim issues of moderate to complex difficulty.
• Review and apply policy provisions to process received claims.
• Obtain and manage necessary documentation for claim consideration and schedule follow-ups.
• Release accurate benefit payments in accordance with CBP policy and SLA agreements.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all required information in the claim system.
• Handle inbound calls within assigned queues and provide overflow support for the CSR team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to function independently within established guidelines.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
