What you will do

• Assemble comprehensive insurance policies using approved ISO forms, endorsements, and custom coverage language.
• Perform manual rating using ISO rules, loss costs, and Excel-based worksheets.
• Maintain organized electronic policy files and conduct quality checks to ensure version control and accuracy.
• Support the rollout of the new Policy Administration System (PAS) through testing and process documentation.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Insurance Operations, and Compliance teams to bridge underwriting intent with operational execution.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and checklists for policy workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (Hybrid in Maryland or Remote).
• 3–6 years of experience in insurance operations, policy administration, or underwriting support.
• Hands-on experience assembling or reviewing commercial P&C policies.
• Familiarity with ISO forms, usage, and form selection.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and working with structured templates.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, finance, or a related field is preferred.
