What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to define product vision, strategy, and goals.
• Oversee the end-to-end iterative design process from discovery to launch, integrating user research.
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Product Designers, handling hiring and career development.
• Establish and implement product design best practices and tools across the organization.
• Champion Human Centred Design (HCD) to make it a core competency and differentiator within the company.
• Serve as a player-coach, contributing directly to product improvements and design deliverables.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design with a strong professional portfolio.
• Eligibility to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
• Expertise in Human Centred Design (HCD) and industry tools like Figma, Figjam, or Adobe XD.
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable Design Systems and libraries.
• Proven expertise in conducting usability testing and synthesizing insights for leadership.
• Experience leading design teams within a Product Operating Model.
