What you will do

• Design intuitive CRM experiences to streamline investor engagement and workflow management.
• Translate ambiguous user problems into actionable, high-quality design solutions.
• Contribute to and maintain a global design system to ensure consistency across the platform.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and content designers to validate and implement user-centric features.
• Pitch new ideas and prototypes to shape the platform roadmap and drive business value.
• Present design work and rationale to stakeholders and company leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio of user-centered solutions.
• Proficiency in designing complex workflows, including dashboards and CRM systems.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate design rationale.
• Experience contributing to and utilizing design systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and research.
• Must be based in Toronto or able to work from the Toronto office.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for B2B or enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with investor relations, financial markets, or compliance workflows.
• Advanced prototyping skills for user testing and validation.
