Salary: $71,090 - $118,500 USD

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day trading desk operations, overseeing execution and monitoring for retail and advisory accounts.
• Ensure adherence to FINRA, SEC regulations and internal procedures.
• Handle escalations for complex trading issues and oversee reconciliations, accounting, and documentation.
• Partner with custodians, transfer agents, and internal teams for high-volume trades.
• Refine workflows, controls, and processes for efficiency and risk management.
• Coach traders, analyze activity, and provide leadership insights on trends and improvements.

Requirements

• Active FINRA Series 7, Series 24, and Series 66 licenses
• 5+ years in trade execution for brokerage/advisory accounts
• 2+ years leadership/supervisory experience in trading
• Deep knowledge of trading platforms, workflows, and controls
• Strong decision-making under pressure, communication, and attention to detail

Nice to have

• FINRA Series 4 and/or Series 53 licenses
• Experience designing trading policies and procedures
• Background in advisory platforms and model-based trading
• Success building and mentoring trading teams
