What you will do
- Maintain existing client relationships by resolving inquiries and ensuring documentation is up to date.
- Support Lead Advisors in the preparation and follow-up for client meetings.
- Manage and update client information using Salesforce, MoneyGuide Pro, and Morningstar.
- Process service forms, new business applications, and trade orders.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and partner with Financial Advisors to close them.
Requirements
- Securities (6/63, 7/66, or 7/63 & 65) and Life, Health, and Annuities registration required.
- Previous experience in financial services.
- 2+ years of demonstrated customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to maintain the integrity of sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills and analytical thinking.
