What you will do

• Supervise field and depot technicians responsible for maintenance and repair of autonomous trucks and trailers.
• Manage work orders and asset location updates, collaborating closely with site operations and truck schedules.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety rules, policies, and Federal/State regulations.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and planned maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
• Perform quality audits on trucks, trailers, and maintenance documentation records.
• Monitor preventative maintenance schedules and track driver inspection reports using Motive ELD.

Requirements

• Experience in a leadership role within an automotive service center or dealership.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
• Experience managing financial aspects of a fleet service department, including labor costs and parts inventory.
• Valid US Driver’s license with a safe driving record required.
• Ability to work in inclement weather and flexible hours (weekends/evenings) as project demands.
• Ability to collaborate across locations and different time zones.
