TL;DR

Product Manager, Digital Experience (Ecommerce): Shaping and optimizing end-to-end digital shopping experiences across web, mobile, and in-store kiosk platforms with an accent on customer experience, personalization, and conversion performance. Focus on owning product lifecycle from ideation to optimization, translating business needs into epics and user stories, and driving data-informed decisions to improve engagement and revenue.

Location: Remote work flexibility within the United States

Salary: $125,000 – $145,000 USD depending on experience and location

What you will do

  • Own and execute the digital product roadmap across web, mobile app, and kiosk platforms, prioritizing features based on impact, insights, and constraints.
  • Lead full product lifecycle including ideation, requirements, development coordination, launch, and post-launch optimization.
  • Define and monitor key metrics using data insights to improve performance and conversion outcomes.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and merchandising teams for high-quality ecommerce feature delivery.
  • Produce detailed product specifications, prototypes, and acceptance criteria as source of truth for teams.
  • Stay current on ecommerce trends and incorporate insights into product strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in ecommerce, retail, or consumer-facing digital products
  • Proven experience managing full product lifecycles in fast-paced, agile environments
  • Strong understanding of product analytics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations
  • Familiarity with ecommerce tools such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce, Figma, Contentful, Mixpanel, Tableau, Jira, or Confluence
  • Ability to write clear product requirements and communicate with technical and executive stakeholders

  • Experience in spec-driven development and structured documentation-first practices
