What you will do

• Lead implementation of large features and multi-sprint projects using React and TypeScript.
• Architect and build scalable, reusable component libraries and design system integrations.
• Translate design specifications and acceptance criteria into robust, accessible UI solutions.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance to elevate team capabilities.
• Influence engineering practices regarding testing, performance, and accessibility.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product managers, QA, and backend engineers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on frontend development.
• Deep proficiency in React (hooks, context, lifecycle patterns), TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and utilizing state management (Redux, Zustand, React Query).
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive/adaptive design principles.
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, v0) to accelerate development.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure, including CDN, S3, and static hosting.
• Experience with server-side rendering or meta-frameworks like Next.js or Remix.
• Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for frontend deployments.
