Financial Analyst

Location: United States Remote

What you will do

• Serve as key financial business partner for R&D and other segments.
• Prepare forecasting packages, trend analyses, and scenario models for business planning.
• Investigate and explain variances to budget and forecasts for leadership.
• Build and consolidate annual budget plans and cost models for margin analysis.
• Develop ad hoc financial and operational reports and support finance projects.
• Provide analytical support to CFO and leadership on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (required)
• 2+ years in FP&A environment strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with large datasets
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience supporting senior leadership with data and projects
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
