• Resolve issues within support scope, directing to paid solutions or third parties as needed.
• Meet key metrics like customer satisfaction and daily sales targets.
• Apply sales skills to understand needs and close deals ethically in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience with drive to exceed objectives.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong passion for helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed.
