Location: Onsite, WFH, or Hybrid in Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, Cebu, Philippines (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM PHT / 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM ACST)

What you will do

• Conduct 50–100 high-volume outbound calls daily to introduce products/services and generate sales opportunities.
• Qualify leads via structured discovery conversations to identify client needs and purchasing potential.
• Perform consultative selling by presenting tailored solutions aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate product sampling, follow-ups with warm/cold leads, and track pipeline progress in CRM.
• Achieve daily call targets while building long-term client relationships.
• Document interactions and outcomes for reporting and forecasting.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and professional English proficiency; familiarity with Australian market business practices required.
• 3+ years in telesales, outbound sales, or B2B sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong consultative selling, lead qualification, and high-volume calling skills.
• Experience with CRM/sales tools for pipeline management.
• Analytical thinking, rapport-building, and autonomous time management.
