Location: Onsite in Southern California - must live in LA and Orange Counties, west of Chino Hills and Trabuco Canyon. Open to relocating to SoCal area. Travel up to 80% within California required, including overnight stays.

Salary: Starting at $65/hour (additional pay for preparation, travel, meetings).

What you will do

• Become an expert on i-Ready diagnostic, instruction, core, and supplemental math products.
• Facilitate on-site product training and professional learning workshops for teachers, coaches, and administrators, adjusting to participant needs.
• Deliver professional development on implementing i-Ready and math materials to promote classroom equity.
• Provide tailored on-site support including lesson planning, data analysis, and implementation feedback.
• Engage in professional improvement through observations, feedback, and coaching.
• Track training notes and complete assignments timely while maintaining professional image.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years teaching/coaching/professional development experience
• Math coaching background required
• Must live in Southern California (LA/Orange Counties); own transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong knowledge of K-8 State Standards for Mathematics (content and practice).
• Fluency with digital tools, online assessments, and data application.
• Understanding of adult learning principles, excellent facilitation, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Office programs; Zoom/WebEx a plus. Ability to work independently and in a team.
