What you will do

• Facilitate professional learning workshops for K-12 educators, counselors, and administrators based on established standards.
• Deliver interactive, learner-centered sessions while maintaining fidelity to program design.
• Prepare session objectives and adapt facilitation strategies in real-time to support adult learners.
• Collaborate with internal staff to coordinate logistics and align on expectations.
• Collect and submit session documentation, reflections, and participant feedback.
• Represent the organization professionally with various school and district partners.

Requirements

• Experience facilitating professional learning, workshops, or trainings for K-12 educators.
• Background in education, counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Familiarity with social-emotional learning (SEL) concepts and school-based implementation.
• Proficiency in delivering engaging sessions in both virtual (Zoom, Teams) and in-person settings.
• Ability to travel regionally for in-person workshops as needed.
• Based in the Seattle, WA area.

• Prior experience delivering or supporting Second Step® programs in a school or district setting.
