What you will do

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to design hands-on lab-based learning activities.
• Develop structured curriculum modules aligned with STEM education goals and standards.
• Ensure lab sciences content is age-appropriate, engaging, and accessible for middle school learners.
• Integrate inquiry-based and interactive learning approaches into curriculum materials.
• Review and refine existing curriculum content to improve accuracy and effectiveness.
• Support and mentor curriculum team members to contribute to knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience in curriculum design or instructional development, particularly in science-related subjects.
• Understanding of educational standards and best practices in learning design.
• Ability to design creative, hands-on, and inquiry-based learning activities.
• Strong commitment to educational equity and expanding STEM access for underserved groups.
• Ability to work independently in a flexible, volunteer-based environment.
