What you will do

• Shape AI product strategy by partnering with product managers, R&D, and architecture to identify high-impact use cases.
• Own AI products from vision, specification, through GTM and post-release iteration.
• Drive development of AI initiatives into deliverables, integrating foundational services with customer-facing features.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, security, design, and GTM teams to launch and enhance AI experiences.
• Contribute to ethical AI principles, data governance, compliance, and transparency.
• Measure product outcomes like engagement, retention, ROI, and iterate based on AI evaluations and feedback.

Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• 3+ years in product management with direct experience shipping AI products, full lifecycle from prototype to production.
• Proven ability to define and scale AI capabilities across product lines.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, prompt engineering, tool use, RAG, fine-tuning, and AI evaluation strategies.
• Technical acumen to grasp complex concepts and discuss with engineers.
• Hands-on prototyping with coding assistants or low-code tools.
• Cybersecurity, endpoint management, or IT automation knowledge preferred.
• Strong execution and cross-functional collaboration skills.
