What you will do

• Translate business requirements into specifications, participate in design and estimation.
• Design solutions aligned with architecture and roadmap, including functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product owners in matrix structure for quality deliverables.
• Provide technical support during incidents and produce user documentation.
• Manage and mentor a team of business analysts, foster development and collaboration.
• Stabilize team in transition and establish culture of excellence.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written; intermediate English for interactions with external/internal parties and IT tools.
• Degree in computer science, business analysis, administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in business analysis and 5+ years in team management/mentoring.
• Experience with CRM, pension/benefits systems, or complex enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical skills, Agile/SAFe knowledge, ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Interpersonal skills to inspire teams, navigate matrix structures, and align with organizational goals.

Nice to have

• Experience in SAFe or large-scale Agile, digital transformations.
• Knowledge of product/program management best practices.
