What you will do

• Act as liaison between client business organizations and software delivery teams.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify improvement areas.
• Gather and document business requirements for new initiatives or system enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including process flows and user manuals.
• Perform data analysis and SQL queries to support decision-making and drive insights.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst.
• Proficiency in requirement analysis, modeling (use cases, user stories, data flow diagrams), and documentation.
• Experience with wireframing and workflow tools such as Balsamiq, Lucid charts, MS Visio, or UML.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration with global stakeholders.
• Ability to write SQL queries.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA.
• Experience with Business Process Management Solutions like Macess (BPM).
