What you will do

• Analyze operational needs across departments to define detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Design and implement IT solutions following SAP best practices, specifically configuring PP and QM modules.
• Utilize AI tools (Copilots, Generative AI) to draft specifications, create test cases, and optimize documentation.
• Improve production line efficiency and update IT standards using Agile and Lean methodologies.
• Collaborate with manufacturing plants within the off-road business line to ensure stable and secure system delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration (IT Management), MIS, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules.
• Excellent fluency in both French and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to apply AI tools in a business setting to improve productivity and quality.
