TL;DR
Senior Manager, Value Capture (Energy Storage): Driving identification, tracking, and realization of value across the Energy Storage business with an accent on cost savings, operational efficiencies, and strategic initiatives. Focus on cross-functional program leadership, developing value tracking systems, and ensuring measurable financial and operational impact.
Location: In-Office (4 days/week) or Hybrid (2-3 days/week) in USA-VA-Arlington. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

What you will do
- Partner with functional leaders to identify value opportunities including cost savings, cost avoidance, and operational efficiencies.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives with alignment, accountability, and timely execution across multiple workstreams.
- Build and manage centralized value tracking systems and dashboards for transparency and financial validation.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on value realization status and progress against targets.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Procurement, Battery, Planning, Delivery, Logistics, and Digital teams.
- Establish governance frameworks and continuously improve processes for value tracking and realization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–12+ years in program management, procurement, operations, or related roles.
- Proven track record driving measurable cost savings and operational improvements.
- Strong project/program management skills for complex initiatives.
- Expert in Excel, Pivot tables, Vlookup, and financial discussions.
- Experience working across global teams and functions.
Nice to have
- Experience in energy storage, renewables, manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
