What you will do
- Drive perpetual growth and strengthen substation execution capabilities through supply chain strategy and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate AI Substation Tool pilots and refine solution strategies with internal stakeholders.
- Develop project execution plans, cost estimates, and business cases for emerging substation solutions.
- Manage select non-utility substation EPC and services projects from contract execution to closeout.
- Own project financial performance, including cost control, margin protection, and risk management.
- Serve as a technical leader, engaging with clients, vendors, and industry partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
- 10+ years of industry experience with high, medium, and low-voltage substations.
- Experience across multiple phases of project execution.
- PE, P.Eng or equivalent professional license preferred.
- Ability to pass pre-employment onboarding including background checks and drug screening.
