What you will do
- Collaborate with chef teams on receiving and verifying goods.
- Lead QC team during shifts to meet quality standards.
- Oversee end-of-shift cleanliness and report deviations.
- Verify and improve Dish Pit cleanliness and efficiency.
- Monitor manufacturing practices, sanitation, and equipment use.
- Train kitchen staff on Rippling and support off-site logistics.
Requirements
- Able to perform essential functions including collaboration, leadership, monitoring, and training.
- Experience in culinary operations, quality control, and sanitation protocols.
- Knowledge of health department requirements and best practices.
