TL;DR

Report Developer (Healthcare): Develop stored procedures, reports, and data extracts meeting client business needs with an accent on interpreting requirements, ETL processes, and SQL Server technologies. Focus on troubleshooting production issues, maintaining code efficiency, and providing on-call and on-site support during activations.

What you will do

• Develop stored procedures, build reports and data extracts that meet client requirements.
• Interact with clinicians and end users to understand and document business requirements for reports.
• Liaise with analysts, developers, and testing teams for content input, reviews, and ensuring proper documentation and testing.
• Handle change management, including activation and backout plans, and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide on-call support, troubleshoot production issues, and offer on-site support during activations.
• Perform peer reviews, maintain and optimize report code, and implement procedural enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-4 years’ relevant work experience, including technical support and maintenance.
• Experience in digital healthcare environment advantageous.
• Ability to code, maintain, and troubleshoot Medical Logic Modules (MLM) preferred.
• Knowledge of relational databases, Microsoft SQL Server, Reporting and Integration Services, ETL processes.
• Problem-solving skills, ability to interpret business needs into report solutions.
