Location: Remote within APAC (Primary focus: Singapore, Southeast Asia, South Korea, and Japan)

What you will do
- Own the full-cycle merchant and PSP sales pipeline across APAC, identifying and closing B2B partnerships.
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of 20+ target accounts, focusing on crypto-ready merchants and digital payment platforms.
- Lead commercial negotiations and structure partnerships for the integration of Pay's deposits and payments APIs.
- Develop strategic account plans and coordinate technical requirements with Solutions Engineering and Product teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in payments, specifically in merchant acquiring or PSP partnerships.
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder commercial deals with actual revenue growth.
- Existing network in the merchant payments or PSP space in APAC (non-negotiable).
- Strong understanding of crypto payments, stablecoins, and digital asset infrastructure.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle independently in lean or early-stage environments.
- Must be based in the APAC region.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Mandarin.
- Prior experience at a crypto exchange, stablecoin issuer, or crypto infrastructure company.
- Exposure to MAS-regulated fintechs or crypto-licensed businesses.
- Familiarity with Travel Rule compliance for payment businesses in APAC.
