What you will do

• Identify and secure new institutional clients including trading firms, payment companies, financial platforms, liquidity providers, and digital asset businesses.
• Drive transaction growth across fiat, stable-value digital assets, and cross-border settlement solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, commercial negotiation, closing, and handover to onboarding.
• Develop and grow existing accounts for retention and expansion into new corridors and products.
• Collaborate with compliance, operations, finance, and product teams for smooth client onboarding and service.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs in Asia; share insights for product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of sales or business development in fintech, payments, FX, digital assets, banking infrastructure, or related.
• Track record achieving revenue, volume, or transaction growth targets.
• Strong institutional network across Asia in financial services, payments, trading, or digital assets.
• Experience managing complex B2B sales with compliance, legal, operational, and treasury stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English required; additional Asian languages advantageous.
