Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 / year (plus cash bonus and stock options)

What you will do

• Evaluate and execute capital raising transactions from analysis to negotiation and closing.
• Manage investor relations including reporting, diligence responses, and interaction tracking.
• Build financial models cross-functionally to support key business decisions.
• Develop reporting and analyses for management and board meetings.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of investment banking and/or private equity experience
• Extensive experience with financial and operating modeling for capital raising and M&A
• Experience leveraging AI tools for workflow efficiency
• Undergraduate degree from top-tier university
• Must be eligible to work in the US (Remote USA)
