Salary: $200,000–$300,000 (base pay range)

What you will do

• Lead and develop high-performing Solution Development organization across consulting, engineering, and solution design.
• Drive profitable order intake growth by improving win rates, differentiation, and margin quality.
• Define solution architecture standards, design frameworks, and quoting methodologies.
• Improve proposal speed, quality, and accuracy through scalable processes and tools.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations to deliver executable solutions.
• Champion integration of software like WMS, WCS, and simulation into end-to-end designs.
• Ensure seamless transition from solution design to project execution.
• Build capability through talent development and strategic workforce design.

Requirements

• Proven leadership (15+ years) of large, complex, matrixed technical/solution organizations
• Strong commercial acumen with track record influencing deal outcomes
• Deep expertise in supply chain, automation, or distribution center operations
• Ability to develop scalable processes, governance, and efficiencies
• Executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset connecting vision to execution
• Demonstrated success in business transformation to customer-centric models
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
