What you will do

• Lead Business Solutions – Solution Development strategy for North America to enable significant order intake through winning concepts and proposals.
• Serve as enterprise thought leader for solution architecture, system design, and quoting innovation to improve competitiveness and margins.
• Partner with Sales to create winning deal strategies, solution concepts, and customer narratives for profitable growth.
• Act as executive presence in customer engagements to shape solutions and secure repeat business.
• Define Operational Readiness strategies ensuring smooth transition from sale to execution.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary team of solution consultants, engineers, planners, and proposal professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline required; graduate degree strongly preferred
• 15+ years in solution development, engineering, or complex automation systems in distribution/fulfillment
• 8+ years senior leadership of multidisciplinary technical and consulting teams
• Proven track record in commercial success, executive customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration
• 40% travel required
