What you will do
- Run day-to-day operations for Fraud Intelligence Product Line, ensuring execution against plans.
- Facilitate monthly Fraud Business Reviews and leadership rhythms like staff meetings and quarterly reviews.
- Manage financial oversight of multi-million product and engineering portfolio, including budget tracking and headcount allocation.
- Drive product and engineering execution by removing blockers and coordinating dependencies across teams.
- Own performance management, tracking metrics for delivery, throughput, and financials with real-time dashboards.
Requirements
- 12+ years in business operations, program management, or operational leadership in large-scale technology organizations.
- Proven track record driving execution across complex, cross-functional environments.
- Experience supporting Product and Engineering organizations at scale.
- Strong operational rigor managing budgets, headcount, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication skills; experience with senior leaders enabling decision-making.
- Fluent written and oral English communication required.
- U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.
