What you will do

• Run day-to-day operations for Fraud Intelligence Product Line, ensuring execution against plans.
• Facilitate monthly Fraud Business Reviews and leadership rhythms like staff meetings and quarterly reviews.
• Manage financial oversight of multi-million product and engineering portfolio, including budget tracking and headcount allocation.
• Drive product and engineering execution by removing blockers and coordinating dependencies across teams.
• Own performance management, tracking metrics for delivery, throughput, and financials with real-time dashboards.

Requirements

• 12+ years in business operations, program management, or operational leadership in large-scale technology organizations.
• Proven track record driving execution across complex, cross-functional environments.
• Experience supporting Product and Engineering organizations at scale.
• Strong operational rigor managing budgets, headcount, and performance tracking.
• Excellent communication skills; experience with senior leaders enabling decision-making.
• Fluent written and oral English communication required.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.
