IT Operations Analyst - Enterprise Technical Services

Location: Onsite in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA. Ability to travel to other hirify.global locations as needed.

What you will do

• Serve as escalation point for desktop support technicians, providing advanced troubleshooting for complex issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents onsite and remotely for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, conference AV, phone systems, and RF guns.
• Repair, deploy, configure, and maintain IT equipment, completing incidents and service requests timely.
• Support and maintain conference room AV systems, including setup and live support for meetings via Zoom, Teams, Webex.
• Provide VIP and executive support with high professionalism.
• Develop technical process documentation and support technology rollouts and infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-4 years in desktop support or related IT role.
• Strong expertise in troubleshooting desktop hardware, software, mobile devices.
• Experience with conference room AV systems, video conferencing (Zoom, Teams, Webex), phone systems, RF guns.
• Experience supporting large-scale technology rollouts.
• Excellent communication, documentation skills; ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to travel to other hirify.global locations as needed.
