What you will do

• Design and develop voice interaction solutions focused on Japanese ASR use cases for intelligent cockpits.
• Analyze product/customer requirements and create technical/system specifications.
• Prepare ASR data, perform evaluation, tuning, validation, and competitive benchmarking.
• Conduct error analysis, optimize with R&D, and support end-to-end system testing and customer delivery.
• Act as technical interface to customers for requirement clarification and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with product, R&D, QA, program teams across Japan, China, and global regions.

Requirements

• Native Japanese; strong English communication skills
• 3+ years in ASR, voice interaction, speech systems, or intelligent cockpit products
• Solid understanding of voice-enabled cockpit products (navigation, media, phone, assistants)
• Hands-on experience in ASR evaluation, tuning, or system integration
• Programming in C/C++, Python, or Java; familiarity with Linux/Unix
• Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant technical field

Nice to have

• Experience with Japanese automotive OEMs or joint ventures (e.g., Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Mazda)
