Relationship Manager (Private Banking)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain relationships with a dedicated group of private banking clients.
• Advise clients on investment products and services.
• Achieve annual revenue targets and business objectives.
• Grow market share and increase client asset size over time.
• Identify and capitalize on new business development opportunities.
• Monitor client servicing tasks for quality assurance and contribute input to new product development.

Requirements

• Minimum AUM book size of USD 150–200 million.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Good university degree and strong business acumen.
• Driven and entrepreneurial approach.
• Fluent reading, writing, and communication skills in English and Chinese are strongly preferred for client interaction.

Nice to have

• Professional qualifications such as CACS Papers I and II.
