What you will do

• Support the South East Asia Business Management team in delivering strategic priorities and business performance initiatives.
• Work with colleagues across markets and functions on projects that support business growth.
• Analyze financial data and translate numbers into insights for management.
• Develop analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills through practical business challenges.
• Take ownership of meaningful responsibilities while working with front-office relationship managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with above-average grades; graduation must have occurred no more than 12 months ago.
• Fluency in English and eligibility to work in the country where the application is submitted.
• Strong numerical, analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Interest in wealth management and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Nice to have

• Exposure to private banking or initial practical experience in finance, banking, or accounting.
• Additional languages such as Bahasa.
• Professional skills in data and AI.
