Salary: $79,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead teams to create targeted direct mail marketing strategies that maximize grassroots fundraising.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and production processes for innovative direct mail campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate direct mail with email, SMS, and other channels.
- Manage client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Create and manage action-oriented reporting to drive strategic decision-making.
- Support the professional growth of colleagues through intentional mentorship and training.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in direct mail communications, fundraising, and marketing for nonprofit or political organizations.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and accountability for the success of large-scale programs.
- Strong client management experience and ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal, analytical, written, and presentation skills.
- Must reside in one of the approved US states.
