TL;DR

What you will do

  • Conduct one-on-one and group English training sessions for employees.
  • Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials tailored to team needs.
  • Coach employees on grammar, vocabulary, and CRO/tech terminology.
  • Lead workshops on communication skills, presentations, and public speaking.
  • Track learner progress and provide weekly evaluation reports.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to align training with development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an ESL instructor.
  • English: CEFR C2-level (Native or near-native) proficiency required.
  • Location: Must be based in the Philippines.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week with partial overlap with Eastern Standard Time (until 1 PM ET).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a growth mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience teaching public speaking and presentations.
  • Familiarity with basic web development terminology (e.g., HTML).
  • Experience teaching students in Eastern Europe or Asia.
