TL;DR

Customer Experience (Engineering): Deliver technical training to support partners and internal personnel with an accent on best practices, documentation, and product development collaboration. Focus on creating training materials, overseeing training alignment, and proposing innovative solutions for product issues.

Location: Hybrid work with international travel required at least one week per month

What you will do

  • Deliver technical training remotely and in-person to technical support partners.
  • Promote Service Academy best practices.
  • Oversee training for internal and branch personnel.
  • Create technical documentation and training materials.
  • Collaborate with design teams on product development, identifying issues and proposing solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
  • Excellent proficiency in English, and French or German
  • Willingness to travel internationally at least one week per month
  • Entry-level experience (<2 years)
