Location: Hybrid work with international travel required at least one week per month

What you will do
- Deliver technical training remotely and in-person to technical support partners.
- Promote Service Academy best practices.
- Oversee training for internal and branch personnel.
- Create technical documentation and training materials.
- Collaborate with design teams on product development, identifying issues and proposing solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
- Excellent proficiency in English, and French or German
- Willingness to travel internationally at least one week per month
- Entry-level experience (<2 years)
