Intern - Product Training (Medtech)

TL;DR

Intern - Product Training (Medtech): Developing training materials and leading user education sessions for a healthcare diagnostic platform with an accent on instructional design and visual storytelling. Focus on bridging the gap between complex product features and user understanding through live workshops and technical documentation.

Location: Hybrid (Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines). Must be able to report for on-site/face-to-face sessions as scheduled.

What you will do

• Develop high-quality training materials, including slide decks, user manuals, "How-To" guides, and video tutorials.
• Assist in structuring logically sequenced training modules tailored to different audience levels.
• Conduct live webinars and virtual training sessions via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
• Facilitate in-person workshops and classroom-style training sessions.
• Create engaging infographics and visual aids to simplify complex product workflows.
• Measure training effectiveness through quizzes and surveys to improve materials.

Requirements

• Must be a current student whose curriculum requires On-the-Job Training (OJT) or a practicum for graduation.
• Ability to report for both remote work and on-site sessions in Quezon City.
• Exceptional verbal and written English and Filipino communication skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, or Google Slides.
• Must provide a Letter of Intent or Endorsement from the school's internship coordinator.
• Strong ability to learn new software products quickly and explain them simply.

Nice to have

• Experience with screen recording tools like Loom or OBS.
• Proficiency in other national or regional languages.
