Senior Systems Integrator (EMV)

Location: United States or Canada; remote work with remote or on-site customer installations and travel of up to 60% when required

Salary: US: $89,441–$131,179 per year; Canada: $100,500–$148,000 per year

What you will do

• Integrate, configure, install, and validate hirify.global solutions in customer environments.
• Support solution design, infrastructure planning, lab testing, issue discovery, and production deployment.
• Troubleshoot complex issues involving servers, networks, TCP/IP, RS-232, Windows/Linux, databases, hardware, availability, and scalability.
• Provide technical escalation support and coordinate resolution between customers, engineering, support, project management, and sales.
• Deliver customer and internal training, document deployments and troubleshooting procedures, and share technical knowledge.
• Coordinate technical work across multiple high-priority initiatives and recommend improvements using automation, AI tools, and modern practices.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in EMV payment systems integration, solution engineering, end-to-end implementation, validation, and optimization.
• At least 10 years of experience as a senior systems, software, or support engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with physical and digital credential management, PKI, key management, HSMs, Active Directory, DNS, IIS, networking, and Windows/Linux servers.
• Programming or scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar technologies, plus experience with cloud and container platforms.
• Strong communication, customer engagement, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; ability to travel up to 60% if required.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global products, SCOM, SCCM, Intune, or automated deployment platforms.
• Knowledge of XML/HTML, Eclipse, Tomcat, Java, C#, ASP.NET, .NET, T-SQL, or PL/SQL.
• Security+ certification or foundational cybersecurity and DevOps knowledge.
• Experience mentoring peers, coordinating team activities, or mediating customer issues.
