What you will do

• Collaborate on solution design, lead configuration, installation, integration, and validation of hirify.global solutions remotely or on-site.
• Troubleshoot advanced issues across servers, networks, OS (Windows/Linux), databases, hardware, and scalability.
• Provide technical escalation support and resolve PKI deployment issues.
• Engage directly with customers to clarify requirements, mediate disputes, and ensure alignment.
• Document processes, deliver training, and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate projects, influence cross-functional teams, and implement innovations for efficiency.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in EMV payment systems integration, PKI, key management, HSMs (hirify.global, SafeNet, Thales)
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or equivalent; 10+ years as Senior Systems/Software/Support Engineer
• Strong infrastructure skills: Active Directory, DNS, IIS, networking, Windows/Linux servers
• Scripting proficiency (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, SQL)
• Experience with Git, Jira, cloud (AWS, Azure), containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Customer-facing experience in finance/government; ability to travel up to 60% (~25% typical)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
