What you will do

• Pitch, create, and publish content including feed posts, Reels, and Stories, bringing ideas directly to Jimmy.
• Manage and engage with the community in real-time, responding to comments, messages, and trends with brand voice.
• Develop and execute unified social engagement strategy aligned with fan growth and business objectives.
• Translate brand strategy into Instagram-specific tactics, identify engagement opportunities for growth and monetization.
• Collaborate with Social Analytics, Growth, Creative, Production, Marketing, and Partnerships teams.
• Monitor sentiment and trends, support content launches, contribute to planning workflows and post-launch analysis.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Instagram culture, audience behavior, trends, and engagement dynamics.
• Proven experience managing and growing Instagram presence for a brand or creator.
• Hands-on publishing experience with captions, Reels, Stories; strong creative instincts to pitch ideas.
• Understanding of social media's role in business outcomes; exceptional communication for tone, humor, timing.
• Ability to operate in real-time, work with analytics, manage multiple workflows; cross-functional collaboration.
• Proactive, adaptable, ego-free mindset; comfort with non-traditional hours including nights and weekends.
