What you will do

• Design and execute tailored training, coaching, and continuous learning programs aligned with business objectives.
• Localize global capability frameworks and tools for Sales and other customer-facing functions.
• Conduct annual training needs analysis and develop strategic annual training plans.
• Facilitate onboarding, product training, and professional upskilling using a blended learning approach.
• Monitor training impact through KPIs and optimize programs based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with global HR and business unit leaders to identify and bridge capability gaps.

Requirements

• At least one year of pharmaceutical experience.
• Strong experience in training, capability development, or commercial excellence within a matrixed organization.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end learning strategies aligned with business goals.
• Experience working across Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Regulatory teams.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and coaching methodologies.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada.
