Salary: $157,400–$236,000 USD ($173,100–$259,700 USD in Seattle/Washington D.C.).

What you will do

• Develop agentic AI systems with multi-step workflows, tool use, and LLM orchestration using frameworks like LangChain.
• Build and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions in Python and Azure (OpenAI, AI Search, Foundry).
• Integrate AI into enterprise apps via APIs, microservices, and Azure architecture.
• Contribute to solution design, code reviews, CI/CD, monitoring, and optimization for performance, cost, and reliability.
• Support data prep, prompt engineering, evaluation, and reusable AI frameworks.
• Stay current with AI tech and identify opportunities for innovation.

Requirements

• Must have unrestricted US work authorization; no sponsorship (H-1B, OPT, etc.)
• Bachelor’s or equivalent + advanced degree or 5+ years relevant experience; 3+ years Azure preferred.
• Strong Python; hands-on with LLMs, agentic systems, RAG, graphs, embeddings, LangChain/LlamaIndex.
• Production ML/LLM deployment, monitoring; data privacy/security/compliance knowledge.
• AI-assisted tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot); agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Analytical skills, communication; ability to travel and on-call.
