What you will do

• Design and develop AI-enabled applications using LLMs, ML services, and intelligent automation.
• Build prompt strategies, orchestration layers, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise platforms, workflows, and APIs.
• Implement AI guardrails including logging, auditing, and response validation.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards using CI/CD best practices.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to other engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML or LLM-based solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
• Experience with cloud platforms, with Azure and Microsoft Foundry strongly preferred.
• Must be based in the USA (indicated by US-specific benefits and corporate structure).

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG architecture, vector databases, and embeddings.
• Knowledge of AI governance, data privacy, and responsible AI principles.
• Experience with observability tools and performance tuning for AI workloads.
• Experience building enterprise AI tools for developer productivity or workflow automation.
