Salary: $340,000 - $400,000 USD (Annual OTE)

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute national sales strategies for new business acquisition and expansion.
  • Implement scalable metrics, KPIs, playbooks, and compensation plans for the sales organization.
  • Manage complex sales processes and contract negotiations for seven-figure deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with overall business goals.
  • Leverage DBaaS and cloud provider knowledge to explore new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of management experience in Enterprise SaaS sales.
  • 3+ years of experience managing digital native accounts.
  • Proven track record in selling database products.
  • Experience building, hiring, and scaling large enterprise sales teams.
  • Ability to navigate complex contract structures and high-value deals.
  • Must be based in the Greater San Francisco Bay or Chicago areas.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with cloud service providers and channel partnerships.
  • Deep knowledge of Database as a Service (DBaaS) and the broader database market.
