What you will do

• Troubleshoot molding machines to bring parts into specifications for size, appearance, flash, splay, cycle time.
• Recognize and recommend corrective actions for tooling issues.
• Analyze material properties and interactions in the injection molding process.
• Assist in mold setup, cleaning, venting, teardown, and auxiliary equipment installation to support production schedules.
• Monitor and respond to alarms on injection molding machines, automation, and material systems.
• Maintain clean, organized, safe working environment per 5S standards and complete necessary paperwork.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 to 5 years of experience with machine and mold set-up.
• Ability to work all designated shifts, including 3rd shift.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
