LAN Administrator (Field Support)

What you will do

• Provide desktop technician and administrator support for client workstations and field devices.
• Troubleshoot imaging issues and perform SCCM imaging for PCs, laptops, toughbooks, tablets, and other devices.
• Configure and test VPN access using secure token identification.
• Install and configure operating systems, core applications, hardware, mobile devices, printers, and plotters.
• Diagnose connectivity issues involving Ethernet, TCP/IP, Internet access, and email accounts.
• Prioritize workload, collaborate with the team, and provide responsive customer service to clients.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a desktop technician or administrator.
• Proficiency with Windows 11, Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Experience with SCCM imaging and handling large volumes of imaging requests.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client requests and address technical issues with urgency.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience as a LAN administrator in a regulated industry.
