What you will do

• Own product marketing for hirify.global AI Software, including go-to-market strategy and execution.
• Create positioning, messaging, and communication frameworks for hirify.global and partner channels.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to boost awareness, adoption, and engagement globally.
• Develop and implement marketing launch plans with success metrics aligned to product objectives.
• Build pitch decks and presentations for sales enablement, internal reviews, and partner discussions.
• Manage partner collaborations, marketing budget, campaigns, and website/social media messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 3-5 years in PC or Mobile Software product marketing, marketing communications, or GTM planning.
• Knowledge and experience with AI technology and products.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal); Chinese a plus.
• Curiosity about emerging marketing trends and ability to adapt in fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in tech, electronics, and/or gaming; game industry experience an advantage.
